BERONICA'S EASY SALSA RECIPE!

Ingredients: four large cloves of garlic, three medium tomatoes, three large jalapeño chile peppers, 1/4 teaspoon of salt (optional)

1. Boil tomatoes and jalapeños for fifteen minutes, while preparing garlic (removing the skin from the cloves)

2. Add cloves to blender

3. Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt (optional)

4. Add one of the tomatoes and all of the jalapeños

5. Set blender on "chop" and blenderize a few seconds only

6. add the rest of the tomatoes

7. blenderize once again for a few seconds only

8. save in containers
