Welcome to the Curanderismo Research Project. This is part of an effort being conducted by a group of amateur researchers and interested persons who belong the the e-mail community "1curanderismo", and by Fausto's Art Gallery, in Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico.

We are now participating in the movement to expose phoney "shamans" on the internet, mainly, and also those who publish books and give seminars, because we believe that these people steer gullible people away from possible contact with ligitimate sources of information about, not only curanderismo, and other ligitimate beliefs and practices. We intend to update this page later, but for now, we are starting with just some links.
